The role

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will provide high-quality support to our Sales and Technical Services teams, as well as Endotherapeutics customers, hospitals, healthcare networks and online consumers. You will play a key role in coordinating customer enquiries, service requirements, orders, invoicing and operational support for our field teams and technical services workshop.

This is a part-time, office-based opportunity located at our Macquarie Park office, with working days as follows: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service support and resolve customer queries in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
• Manage sales and technical service orders, including purchase orders, backorders, pricing and order processing within ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end case bookings, loan sets, dispatch, returns, and inventory processes.
• Process quotes, sales orders, proformas, invoices, credit notes, and online ecommerce orders accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure CRM/SAP processes are followed.
• Liaise with couriers, hospitals, and internal teams to manage deliveries, returns, and consignment stock.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations, stock investigations, and assist with warehouse activities when required.

About you

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Support with a strong focus on customer excellence.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a professional, responsive, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing responsibilities independently.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems for sales order and inventory management.
• Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
