About The Role

Our success starts with our people. As one of Australia’s fastest-growing and an innovative energy retailer’s, we’re looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team in Ringwood.

You will be responsible for delivering our Red-Carpet Customer Experience across phone, email and live chat, taking ownership and achieving great outcomes for our customers. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Ringwood office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support customers across phone, email and live chat channels, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Understand customer needs and work towards first-contact resolution, taking ownership of enquiries through to completion.
• Manage multiple systems simultaneously while accurately recording information and meeting regulatory and quality requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, ideally in a fast paced contact centre or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-channel customer service environment across phone, email, live chat, and multiple systems.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers both over the phone and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Takes ownership and follows tasks through to resolution.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record customer information.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to learning, embraces feedback, and is committed to continuous improvement.
• A supportive team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others.
• Available to work full-time onsite in Ringwood, Monday to Friday.
• Able to participate in Saturday and public holiday rosters when required.

Nice to Have

• Previous Experience in energy, banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities or any other regulated industry
