AIMEX is the peak body for the marine export industry in Australia, founded in 1998 and based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. AIMEX supports members involved in the marine export market, including boat builders, designers, and equipment and accessory manufacturers.
AIMEX also manages Superyacht Australia, the peak body promoting Australia as a preferred cruising destination for superyachts from around the world, and the Australian Commercial Marine Group (ACMG), which supports, develops and promotes the Australian commercial marine industry nationally and internationally, including the Sydney NYE Harbour Lights program and the on-water program for Vivid.
