Pharmacy Retail Manager

About the Role:

Working closely with the Pharmacist Owner, be a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales growth and achieve key performance targets across retail categories.

· Implement promotional activities and campaigns in line with Blooms The Chemist programs.

· Recruit, train, and develop team members to maximise performance.

· Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

The successful candidate will possess:

· Previous experience in a retail management role or working in retail pharmacy

· Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.

· Proactive, outstanding communication and organisational abilities.

Pay: $62,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Crows Nest NSW 2065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
