Casual Real Estate Assistant / Leasing Officer

Looking for flexible casual work in real estate?

Evoak Property Management is looking for qualified Assistant Agents and Real Estate Agents to help with open homes and rental property inspections across Sydney.

The role is around 3-10 hours per week, mainly Saturdays and weekdays, with flexible hours to suit your availability. It’s ideal if you’re new to real estate, between roles, returning to the industry or looking for extra hours alongside another real estate job.

What the role involves:

• Conducting open homes and welcoming prospective tenants
• Completing move-in, move-out and periodic property inspections using our inspection software
• Representing Evoak professionally with tenants and prospective tenants
• Completing short follow-up administration from home

Evoak is fully remote, so there’s no requirement to work from a traditional real estate office.

What you’ll need:

• A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
• A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
• A National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• A confident, friendly and professional manner
• Be reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

This is a casual position paid in accordance with the Real Estate Industry Award 2020 (including car allowance).
