Medical Receptionist - Casual

We’re looking for a highly professional and personable Medical Receptionist to join our large, busy medical practice.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organised and professional experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.

We’re seeking someone who:
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is calm, professional and confident when dealing with challenging situations
• Can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
• Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality
• Is familiar with Medicare, medical billing and health insurance processes
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Takes initiative and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly
• Holds a current CPR certificate

Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of patient care, and can consistently maintain a high standard of professionalism—even on the busiest days.
