Wall & Floor Tiler – Full Time (Vehicle & Tools Provided)

SuperSealed Australia is looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants a long-term role with growth into leadership.

We are a Melbourne-based specialist company focused on repairing leaking showers and balconies using advanced epoxy systems — not basic tiling or patch jobs.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for the right person to join our team full-time.

You will be working in residential homes across Melbourne carrying out:

• Removal of failed grout and silicone
• Installation of high-performance epoxy grout systems
• Re-caulking all wet area perimeters
• Shower restorations and balcony leak repairs
• Occasional tiling works where required

This role requires attention to detail, clean finishes, and the ability to represent the company professionally on-site.

• You only have basic tiling experience and don’t care about detail

• Experienced wall and floor tiler or similar trade background
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual and consistent
• Comfortable working in occupied homes
• Able to work independently and follow systems

• Experience in wall and floor tiling or similar trade
• Driver’s licence
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Epoxy grout experience is an advantage (training provided)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in tiling, or labouring on tiling
• Confident with tile removal, tile replacement and re-caulking
• Students may only apply if currently studying a tiling qualification - this is a full-time role, not casual or part-time
• Must have full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
• Company vehicle provided after successful trial period
