As a fully accredited, 54-bed private psychiatric hospital and part of Sana/ South Pacific Health Group, an Australasian leader in behavioural health services, we bring together some of the region's leading clinicians in a deeply collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our programs are supervised by an expert team of psychiatrists, psychologists, general practitioners, registered nurses, psychotherapists and counsellors.

About the Role
The position supports South Pacific Private's mission of changing lives and healing families by providing both operational leadership within the Day Programs and direct client support through Continuing Care Case Management. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the successful candidate will help coordinate the delivery of addiction, trauma and mental health recovery programs, ensuring clients remain engaged in treatment and receive high-quality, person-centred care throughout their recovery journey.
As Day Program Co-ordinator and Continuing Care Case Manager, you will play a key role in program administration, client retention, case management, and service quality improvement. You will support clients from their inpatient admission through the first 90 days of recovery, facilitating treatment planning, coordinating care across teams, and helping individuals and families build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing and sustainable recovery.
