Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a flexible contractor role within a supportive multidisciplinary allied health environment, delivering meaningful outcomes for NDIS and community clients? Our client is a growing allied health service provider delivering NDIS-funded and community-based rehabilitation services across Melbourne. Their focus is on person-centred care, supporting individuals to improve independence, mobility, and participation in everyday life through evidence-based therapy.
The team operates across clinic, home, and community settings , supporting clients of all ages with a strong emphasis on functional, goal-driven intervention. ?? About the Role As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
Conduct functional capacity assessments and comprehensive OT reports Provide assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and trials Deliver home modifications assessments and equipment prescription
Support clients with capacity-building interventions across daily living, cognition, and community participation Work with a varied caseload including NDIS participants, aged care clients, and community referrals Deliver therapy in clinic, home, and community environments
Collaborate closely with families, carers, support coordinators, and other health professionals Maintain high-quality clinical documentation aligned with NDIS requirements Work independently while being supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team

Current AHPRA registration Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
? Highly Regarded Experience in NDIS and community disability practice Experience with assistive technology and home modifications
