Senior Service Advisor – Glenelg BMW (Full-Time / OTE $138K)

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled automotive professional who thrives in a premium dealership environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the service team, handling complex customer requirements, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of communication, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, coordinating service and repair work with the workshop, and providing clear communication throughout the process.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with monthly performance incentives and quarterly customer satisfaction bonuses, recognizing both individual contribution and customer experience outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from arrival to collection.
• Explain recommended work, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.
• Liaise with technicians and coordinate repairs to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Order parts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the day.
• Prepare repair orders, job cards, and invoices with strong attention to detail.
• Help uphold BMW standards and deliver a premium after-sales experience.

About you

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Proven Service Advisor experience in a premium or high-volume dealership (essential)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
• Proven history of achieving service gross, sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• The ability to identify and convert repair and maintenance opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and Confidence using dealership management systems and digital tools.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of the customer experience.
• A team-focused approach and the ability to work closely with technicians, workshop control and management.
