Ongoing Shutdown Opportunities | DIDO | Talison Lithium, Greenbushes

JWS Industries is seeking experienced Boilermaker / Welders to join our shutdown workforce for ongoing maintenance campaigns at Talison Lithium, Greenbushes.

With shutdowns scheduled every two weeks, we are seeking quality tradespeople who are looking for consistent opportunities, competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with an established and professional team.

REMUNERATION

Day Shift: $75.48 per hour
Night Shift: $84.00 per hour

THE OPPORTUNITY

Successful applicants will be engaged across ongoing shutdown activities, including:

• Boilermaking and fabrication

• Welding and repair works

• Structural and mechanical maintenance

• Shutdown maintenance and project works

• Working within a high-performing, safety-focused team

WELD TEST REQUIREMENT

Applicants must demonstrate the required welding capability and be able to successfully complete a 15–54, 12mm Plate Test — 3G & 4G positions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking tradespeople who demonstrate:

• Australian Recognized Trade Qualification

• Strong welding and fabrication capability

• Previous mining, processing plant or shutdown experience

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings

• Strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity

• Professional attitude and reliable work ethic

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Capacity to meet site medical, drug & alcohol screening and induction requirements

Bus transport will be provided for local employees.
