Are you a hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front and creating memorable guest experiences?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing operations. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys evening service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional hospitality.

This position will primarily work afternoon and evening shifts and requires strong availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

What you'll be doing...

Lead and support Food & Beverage team members during service periodsEnsure exceptional guest experiences through personalised and attentive serviceSupervise restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing operations as requiredAssist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational requirementsCoach, train and support team members to achieve service excellenceMonitor service standards and ensure compliance with food safety and company proceduresHandle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and efficientlySupport the Food & Beverage leadership team in achieving departmental goalsFoster a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, bar, hotel or events environmentStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team membersA passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesStrong food and beverage knowledgeCurrent Victorian RSA CertificateAvailability to work predominantly afternoon and evening shifts, up to 30 hours / week.Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as requiredA professional and positive attitude with a hands-on approach
