Payroll Specialist

AboutWe’re seeking an experienced Payroll Transformation Consultant with deep expertise in Australian payroll legislation, compliance, payroll operating models, and payroll technology (SuccessFactors desirable) to lead end-to-end payroll transformation programs.
What you’ll doPartner with business leaders to assess current-state payroll operations and design future-state solutions.Lead transformation programs to improve compliance, employee experience, efficiency, and service delivery.Design payroll governance frameworks, outsourcing/shared services options, and operating model changes.Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver client-facing consulting engagement outputs.Provide hands-on advice on payroll systems, configuration, and integration with HR/finance systems.
What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.8+ years’ experience across payroll operations (Australia & NZ), payroll transformation, HR shared services, or HRO consulting.Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.Proven track record in process redesign, operating model transformation, and client-facing consulting.Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Experience with payroll technology platforms - SuccessFactors experience highly regarded.
