Are you a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician looking for stability, no more chasing hail, and a place to show off your skills? At Carma, we’ve got you covered — 38 hours a week, year-round, in our brand-new St Peters workshop. With a steady flow of cars, you’ll tackle both parking dents and hail damage, bringing your skills and growing with us.

What you’ll be doing

Use your PDR skills to remove dents and get vehicles looking flawlessWork closely with the team and manager to meet repair expectationsSpot panel defects and recommend the best repair approachHelp with vehicle prep and pitch in to keep the workshop running smoothly
