Commercial Motor Claims Executive

As a Commercial Motor Claims Executive, you will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and brokers throughout the claims process.

Bring your strong technical knowledge, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach to ensure claims are managed efficiently and outcomes are delivered.

You will be:

• Managing a portfolio of Commercial Motor claims
• Assessing the claims, interpretating policies and making well-informed decisions
• Liaising with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, repairers and other stakeholders
• Acting as a key point of contact for commercial clients and brokers
• Negotiating claims outcomes and resolving complex issues professionally and providing clear, proactive communication throughout the claims journey
