Retail Store Manager

An exciting opportunity is  available for experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our teams at Ferrari Formalwear located at our Myer Indooroopilly store.             

Experienced in Menswear preferred (not essential as training will be provided).

This is a full time position and you will need to have the flexibility to be able to work over the weekends and late night trade if required.

If you are a confident leader who can connect with their team and have the below skills, we would love to hear from you:

• Previous management experience, preferably in retail

• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience

• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages  & stock loss targets

• Strong Communication skills

• A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation 

• Be able to develop, coach and mentor the team to achieve KPI's.
