Property Manager (Relationship Management Focus)

About the Role

An incredible opportunity awaits Property Manager or a Senior Property Manager to join our team!

Your property manager journey with PIA will focus primarily on customer service and relationship management — rather than the day-to-day operational tasks.

You will also be coheasively supported by our decicated and categorised service teams including leasing, inspection, maintenance and centralised professional teams of trust account & administration, backed by the cutting-edge IT software, ensuring that all aspects of cutomer experience are cared for and the property management are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively people and customers relationship management skills

• Proactively interact with customers, eihter tenants or landlords

• Swiftly respond to and provide soltuions to customers

• Collaboratively work with internal categorised service teams to deliver property management services with quality and professionalism

About You

• Minimum COR required for Property Manger or Class 2 Licence for Senior Property Manager

• People person, and customer service centric traits

• A real team player with positive & can-do attitude and multi-task ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual English-Chinese skills at business level preferrable Not a must
