The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Truck Driver / Yardsman to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will split your time between driving and completing deliveries and performing essential yard duties, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work day.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliveries: Safely operate heavy vehicles to perform local deliveries and customer drop-offs in a timely manner.
• Yard Operations: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, organizing stock, and maintaining general yard cleanliness and safety.
• Freight Handling: Safely maneuver materials around the yard using a forklift.
• Vehicle Care: Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance to keep vehicles clean and roadworthy.

Essential Requirements

• Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence with a proven safe driving record.
• Valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) with practical operating experience.
• Flexibility to seamlessly transition between driving and general yard duties as required.
• Physical fitness and a strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong communication skills.
