Two Brothers at Rockhampton Airport is looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team. You’ll be serving customers, preparing food and drinks, helping in the kitchen and keeping things clean and ready for service. If you have your own transport and don’t mind a 5am start, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Help prepare food and coffee while following food safety and hygiene requirements 
• Keep dishes, benches, equipment and service areas clean throughout the shift 
• Handle bar service responsibly with a current RSA
• Keep the outlet stocked, organised and ready for the next rush
• Move between customer service, kitchen and cleaning duties depending on what the shift needs 

About You

• Current RSA certification to serve alcohol responsibly 
• Barista experience is preferred, with a willingness to learn and build coffee skills 
• Own reliable transport is essential due to early morning starts and later shifts 
• Available across rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable, practical approach with the drive to work independently and jump in wherever needed
