We are a national, family-owned Australian company specialising in therapeutic sleep solutions and are looking for experienced Sales Professionals to join our 5-star ProductReview rated team on the Gold Coast.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads.

You will receive new enquiries, previous enquiries and cold leads, but we want Sales Professionals who actively create opportunities.

SELF-PROSPECTING IS THE SKILL WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

You will:

• Make inbound and outbound sales calls
• Follow up new and previous enquiries
• Prospect cold leads and generate your own opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and CRM
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Proven sales experience, ideally telephone sales
• Self-driven, proactive and motivated
• Confident prospecting and generating opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, persistent and confident following up leads
• Target and KPI driven
• Strong computer and CRM skills
• A genuine focus on delivering an excellent customer experience

We will support, train and develop you, but we will not micromanage you.

• Competitive base salary + superannuation
• Uncapped commissions
• Weekly, monthly and annual bonuses and incentives
• OTE $70,000–$150,000+ per annum
• Top performers can earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week
• Ongoing training and sales coaching
