We’re currently seeking a motivated and passionate Property Management Support Officer to assist our high-performing Senior Property Managers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Every day in this role is different, and you’ll be learning hands-on. Key responsibilities include: 

• Assisting with leasing processes, from advertising to application

• Attending open homes and conducting routine inspections

• Completing entry and exit condition reports

• Providing updates and feedback to the Senior Property Manager

• Helping with property management administration and client support

What We’re Looking For:

We're after someone who’s proactive, presentable, and eager to grow. The right person will bring:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Confident communication and great customer service skills

• Full-time availability (Tuesday to Saturday)

• A current QLD driver’s license

• Full working rights in Australia

• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Licence)

• 12+ months of industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
