Your Opportunity

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our valued Reward Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and governing TPG Telecom’s remuneration, performance and reward frameworks. You'll draw on your expertise in reward strategy, remuneration governance, analytics and stakeholder engagement to deliver fair, competitive and compliant reward outcomes that support our people and business strategy.

You'll Make Impact By

Leading the design, governance and continuous improvement of remuneration, performance and reward frameworks across the organisation.Supporting annual reward cycles, including remuneration reviews, incentive programs, salary governance, approvals and communications.Providing trusted advice to leaders and People Experience stakeholders on remuneration strategy, market competitiveness and pay equity outcomes.Delivering reward analytics, benchmarking and market insights to support evidence-based decision making.Enhancing reward reporting, dashboards and processes through automation, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Significant experience in remuneration and reward within a large corporate or ASX-listed organisation.Strong knowledge of remuneration governance, market benchmarking, reward frameworks and incentive design.Advanced analytical, modelling and data interpretation capability.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.Experience working with HRIS, reward systems and reporting tools, with Oracle HCM experience highly regarded.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

Experience supporting executive remuneration governance, board reporting and external disclosure requirements.Exposure to job architecture, career frameworks and workforce analytics.A commercial mindset with the ability to balance employee experience, governance and business outcomes.
