McNaughtans Australia is a long-established supplier of truck, bus, and 4x4 hardware. We are
seeking an experienced and versatile 4x4 Accessories Fitter to join our fitment team in Carrum
Downs. This role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys
working across a wide range of 4WD accessory installations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for fitting and installing a broad range of 4WD accessories, including:
• Bullbars, canopies, and lighting systems
• Suspension upgrades
• Dual battery systems
• UHF radios and electrical accessories
• Snorkels, roof racks, and roof-top tents
• General mechanical accessory installationsYou will work closely with the workshop team to ensure all jobs are completed accurately,
safely, and on schedule. Maintaining a tidy work area and delivering professional customer
service are essential parts of the role.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who brings capability, reliability, and strong technical skill. Ideal
candidates will have:
• Experience as a 4x4 Accessories Fitter or a mechanic with fitting experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• The ability to deliver high-quality work within set timeframes
• A reliable, efficient work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
• Previous supervisory or workshop leadership experience (highly regarded)
• A current Australian driver’s licence
