Machine Operators & Labourers – Environmental Works

We deliver environmental management, vegetation management, rehabilitation, and land management services across a range of projects. We're growing, and we're hiring for multiple roles.

About us: Our work happens in environmentally sensitive areas — around protected vegetation, waterways, and erosion and sediment controls. We need people who can identify and respect environmental constraints, follow environmental management plans, and minimise disturbance while still delivering quality work.

Machine Operator

Operating a variety of plant across forestry mulching, slashing, access track construction and maintenance, and rehabilitation works.

You'll need:

• Proven experience on bobcats/skid steers, excavators, and tracked machinery

• Experience in forestry mulching, slashing, track construction, and vegetation management

• Current HR or HC licence (open preferred)

• Construction White Card

• Sound machinery maintenance and daily pre-start check practice

• Ability to work safely in remote and varied terrain

Highly regarded: RIIMPO320 / RIIMPO318 tickets; AQF3 chemical accreditation; prior environmental, ecological, or rehabilitation project experience; knowledge of environmental controls and compliance requirements.

Labourer

General labouring and site support across environmental and civil projects.

You'll need:

• Current MR licence

• Construction White Card required before starting — we can help arrange it

• Physical fitness for manual handling and equipment operation

• Reliability and a safety-first attitude

Highly regarded: Previous civil, environmental, construction, or labouring experience.

Both roles

Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. You'll work closely with supervisors, environmental personnel, and other operators — and take ownership of your own work in the field.

Conditions: pre-employment medical and D & A testing apply. Must have the right to work in Australia.
