About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Butcher to join our dynamic team at Bundy Chop Shop in Bundaberg North, Queensland. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in our bustling butchery, where you'll be responsible for the full range of butchery duties.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cutting a variety of meats to customer specifications

• Ensuring all products meet the highest quality and safety standards

• Providing excellent customer service and advice to our valued clients

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

• Contributing to the overall smooth running of the butchery

What we're looking for

• Relevant trade qualifications or significant experience as a General Butcher

• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and handling

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards

• The ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team

• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
