About Us:
We are a passionate organisation, connected in our shared goal to be ‘sector leading’ in all that we do for the community and each other. Home to over 100,000 residents, Bayside City Council's enduring purpose is building extraordinary places, thriving communities, and better futures.

Known for your 'can-do' approach, you will help find solutions to organisational challenges, using data to inform these decisions and provide bespoke, value for money solutions.
As someone who leads by example, you will lead a small, passionate team focused on enhancing the culture and environment for staff.
