Security Officer - Australia Fair

Trident Services Australia is seeking experienced and licensed Casual Security Officers to join our team at Australia Fair Shopping Centre.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment for retailers, staff, and visitors.

• Delivering professional, friendly front-line customer service

• Responding to incidents including medical, emergency, and security events

• Monitoring safety risks and reporting hazards or suspicious behaviour

• Supporting centre operations through crowd management and conflict resolution

• Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols

• Working collaboratively with centre management, emergency services, and fellow team members

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays

• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments

• Ongoing casual shifts with consistent hours available
