Manage the end-to-end accounting for a diverse portfolio of 10–16 properties across AustraliaThe role is open to candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney. Hybrid working is available and can be tailored to suit individual circumstances.

Who Are We Looking For

Previous portfolio accounting experience within retail property or shopping centres. Strong experience managing month-end accounting across multiple properties. Confidence preparing accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reports. Experience supporting budgets, forecasts and outgoing reconciliations. Relevant accounting qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent, or working towards completion, is highly regarded.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Accountant to manage the end-to-end financial accounting for a national portfolio of approximately 10–16 properties. The portfolio is predominantly retail, with a small number of healthcare assets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full month-end accounting process across a portfolio of 10–16 properties. Prepare accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reports for clients. Process property and tenant charges, including council rates, water and electricity costs. Support budgeting, reforecasting and annual outgoing reconciliation activities. Partner with centre and property teams to provide accurate financial information and support business decision-making.
