Experienced Site Supervisor/Construction Manager

EXPERIENCED SITE SUPERVISOR / MANAGER – HOUSE SLABS

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Manager to join our team, specialising in residential house slabs across Sydney.

The right person must have strong experience running slab jobs from start to finish, including:

• Site set-out and levels

• Excavation and site benching

• Piering

• Formwork

• Waffle pod and conventional slabs

• Steel fixing

• Organising concrete pours

• Reading engineering and architectural plans

• Managing trades and labour

• Ordering materials

• Quality control and checking work before pours

• Keeping jobs on schedule

• Communicating with builders and clients

You must be highly organised, reliable and experienced in house slab construction. We are looking for someone who can take control of multiple jobs and make sure they are completed correctly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong residential slab experience

• Current driver’s licence

• Good communication skills

• Ability to read plans and understand levels

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors

• Must be reliable and take pride in their work
