McDowell Homes is a boutique building company specialising in the construction of custom homes and major renovations including Class 2 projects throughout Port Stephens NSW. A local, family business with over 30 years of experience in the industry, our skilled team works together to deliver exceptional results on every project. 

We currently have various long-term roles available for skilled Carpenters to join our team carrying out all aspects of building & carpentry. You will collaborate with the construction manager and the rest of our crew to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met whilst maintaining high attention to detail and pride in our quality high-end finishes.

Formal carpentry qualifications, residential construction experience and a drivers licence are essential along with your own tools and a reliable vehicle. You must be highly motivated and have an impeccable work ethic.

Remuneration and employment arrangements (employee/sub contractor) will be discussed at the time of interview.
