Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an organised, service‑focused Administrator to join our strata management company, with the clear intention of progressing into a Strata Manager role.

This is an entry point into a professional career in strata management, with structured training, strong support, and a defined promotion pathway.

Many of our Strata Managers started their careers exactly this way.

About the role

You'll support our Strata Managers with day‑to‑day administration, communication, and coordination across a portfolio of strata and community title properties. You'll work closely with experienced managers and admin colleagues, learning how strata properties operate from the ground up.

As your skills and confidence grow, you'll take on more responsibility, with the goal of progressing into managing your own portfolio as a Strata Manager.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in the service of others, learning new systems, and building a long‑term career rather than just doing repetitive admin work.

Minimum 6-12 months of administrative experience is required for this position.

Strong computer skills are essential, including fast and accurate typing and confident use of Microsoft Office.

Experience in facilities, property, real estate, customer service, or similar roles is well regarded, but not essential.
