About the role
Leading the future of reproductive care
At Monash IVF we’re trying to change the way society thinks and acts in relation to their fertility. We’re removing stigmas, empowering people to make better decisions and to act earlier. Ultimately, we are trying to improve everyone’s chance of having a family.
That’s why it’s so important that the people we select to join our team are genuinely compassionate and caring, and truly want to make a difference. If this sounds like you, read on.
About the role
As the People & Culture Group Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering Monash IVF Group's people strategy across Australia. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a team of People & Culture Business Partners, Advisors and Employee Relations specialists, ensuring the delivery of consistent, practical and high-quality people support across the business. This role combines strategic influence with operational leadership, partnering closely with executives and senior leaders to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership capability, cultural transformation and organisational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor, you will champion a high-performance and values-led culture, and use people insights to support informed decision-making and business growth, helping to create an engaged, inclusive and future-ready workforce.
What you'll be doing
About you
You are an experienced Senior People & Culture Leader who can move confidently between strategy and execution. You bring sound judgement, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leaders through practical, commercially aware people advice. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, you have a track record of partnering with senior leaders to deliver people outcomes that support business performance, workforce capability and organisational growth.
You are equally at ease leading strategic initiatives as you are rolling up your sleeves to support operational priorities. You have experience leading geographically dispersed teams, navigating complex employee relations matters and driving engagement, culture and change outcomes within dynamic environments. You use workforce data and insights to inform decisions, identify opportunities and proactively address challenges, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. You are an exceptional communicator and trusted advisor, known for your ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex and sensitive matters, and provide practical, commercially sound advice.
