We are seeking a dedicated and professional Nurses and Support Workers to join our EmpowerLink team.

Responsibilities Support Worker:

• Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.

• Support clients in accessing the community and participating in social activities.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.

• Maintain accurate client records and report any significant changes in client conditions.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

• Promote client independence and encourage skill development.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities EN/RN:

• Monitor patient’s conditions, assess their needs, and provide the best possible care and advice.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for side effects.

• Maintain accurate patient records and report any significant changes in patient conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans.

• Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.

• Provide physical, psychological, and emotional support to patients and their families.

• Participate in educational workshops to enhance professional and technical knowledge.

Working With Children Check

CPR Certificate - valid for 12 months

First Aid Certificate - valid for 3 years
