Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for our next team member to join us:

Carpenter / Maintenance Handyperson – SHEPPARTON/SEYMOUR

*Applicants must currently reside in the Shepparton/Seymour region due to the geographical requirements of this role.

Role Requirements

The role involves a broad range of property maintenance and carpentry works, including but not limited to:

• General property maintenance and carpentry

• Lock changes and repairs

• Plaster and door repairs

• Basic and full tile replacement

• Painting skills – highly desirable

• Must have own tools

We are looking for someone who is:

• Resilient and reliable

• Experienced in property maintenance and/or carpentry

• Able to demonstrate a stable work history

• Positive, flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks

• A team player with a strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and manage their daily workload

The successful applicant will be required to participate in the Company's After Hours Call Out Roster.

Work progress, job updates and completions are managed through a mobile phone app using a company-supplied phone. Full training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

• Provide a current CLEAR Police Check

• Hold a current Manual Driver Licence

• Have their own tools

• Hold a current White Card or equivalent

• Be willing to undergo a full pre-employment medical examination if successful
