We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Manager, Customer Delivery to join our Operations team in Adelaide within dnata catering & retail Australia.

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Manager, Customer Delivery is responsible for leading the safe and efficient delivery of catering services to domestic and international airline customers. You will oversee daily operations, lead frontline teams, manage operational performance, and ensure flights are serviced on time, safely, and in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Delivery operations to ensure flights are serviced safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and operational requirements.
• Manage and develop frontline leaders and operational teams, driving engagement, productivity, and high performance.
• Monitor daily operational plans, resolve service delivery issues, and implement recovery actions to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with aviation, customs, AQIS, HACCP, WHS, food safety, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, labour optimisation, fleet performance, and operational excellence across the department.

About You

• Proven leadership experience in a customer delivery, logistics, operations, manufacturing, aviation, or similar environment.
• Experience leading large, multi-skilled teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Strong operational planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, lead change, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer outcomes, operational performance, and cost management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, WHS, customs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong reporting and administrative skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to customer service excellence and team development.
