Quality Inspector / QA Officer – Precast Concrete

We're looking for a Quality Inspector / QA Officer to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working closely with production to ensure products meet drawing, specification and quality requirements before leaving the yard.

• Inspect precast products throughout production and prior to dispatch.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Identify quality issues and clearly communicate required rectifications to production teams.

• Work with supervisors and trades to ensure defects are rectified efficiently.

• Complete quality inspections, checklists and documentation accurately.

• Maintain quality records and ensure documentation is up to date.

• Coordinate with production, engineering and project teams to resolve quality matters.

• Assist with implementing and improving quality processes.

• Experience in quality assurance, quality control or inspections in manufacturing, construction or precast.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.

• Confident communicator who can work with production teams to achieve quality outcomes.

• Well organised and able to manage inspection records and documentation.

• Comfortable working both on the factory floor and in an office environment.

• Current driver's licence.
