About the role

Metalon Group specialises in the supply and installation of Colorbond roofing for new home construction. We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customer emails and enquiries

• Processing job bookings and scheduling

• Coordinating maintenance and job requirements

• Liaising with builders, customers and internal staff

• Providing professional and timely customer service

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring details are correct

About you

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in customer service, administration or the residential building industry will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right person.

Immediate start available. Salary negotiable based on experience.
