About you

The Perioperative Registered Nurse - Level 2 - Anaesthetics/PACU is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. 

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse with anaesthetics and/or post anaesthetic care experience, who must have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Management experience is desirable.

This role is a permanent part time position (up to 64 hours per fortnight) at Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital, it involves delivering direct nursing care, applying clinical expertise and supporting both patients and nursing staff to ensure best practice and positive patient outcomes.

• AHPRA Registration
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
• Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
