ACT Sales & Service Support

This is a varied role that sits at the heart of our Sales, Service and Business Support functions in our ACT branch. You’ll help keep customer enquiries, sales opportunities and service requests moving, while providing the administration and coordination that enables our teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. No two days will be the same. One day you might be supporting a quote or tender, the next coordinating a service request, responding to a customer enquiry or helping prepare an event. Some of the varied tasks you will own…

• Coordinate inbound sales opportunities, customer enquiries and the sales inbox.
• Support the Sales team with quotes, pricing, tender submissions and documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain project pricing and assist with customer and vendor account administration.
• Manage incoming service requests and service tickets in line with customer requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinate service resources and monitor ticket activity to ensure requests are progressing.
• Review service reports, identify follow-up actions and escalate issues where required.
• Assist with invoicing completed service work and provide reporting as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, company and project information across our systems.
• Manage important customer and project documentation, including client acceptance, insurance, WHS and policy documentation.
• Reception duties and general office coordination.
• Provide general administrative support across our Sales, Service and Business Support teams.

About You…

You’re someone who enjoys being busy, helping others and making sure things get done. You’re naturally organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and confident communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in sales support, service coordination, administration or customer service.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to follow things through.
• Good computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Experience with CRM, quoting or ticketing systems is advantageous, but not essential.
