This role plays a key part in maintaining, securing, and continuously improving our technology infrastructure across cloud, network, systems, endpoint, and cybersecurity domains.You'll start by focusing on discovery, documentation, and risk reduction to build a strong technology foundation, before transitioning into infrastructure administration, automation, and ongoing operational support as the business scales. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of how systems really work, tightening things up, and building the kind of foundation that scales.What You'll DoMaintain accurate documentation of our technology environment, network diagrams, cloud architecture, store connectivity, infrastructure inventories, DNS, and technical standardsConduct infrastructure discovery and technical assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for standardisationManage and maintain infrastructure across head office, stores, and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, VPN, firewalls, switching, wireless, virtual machines, storage, and backupSupport cloud-hosted Retail Management Systems through patch management, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activitiesMonitor infrastructure performance and implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting to proactively resolve issuesDevelop standardised provisioning and support processes for laptops, POS systems, and store technology devicesMaintain technology asset management practices, including asset registers and lifecycle trackingDevelop scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency and reliabilityParticipate in cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments, remediation, and security control implementationAct as an escalation point for the ICT Support team on complex infrastructure incidentsAbout YouStrong analytical and organisational ability, attention to detail, clear communicationBuilding relationships with stakeholders across head office, stores, vendors and service providersApplied experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune), Azure, and Windows Server environmentsStrong cloud, networking, and infrastructure troubleshooting skillsA proactive, security-focused mindset with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principlesExperience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutionsStrong technical documentation and problem-solving skillsRelevant IT qualifications or equivalent industry experienceNice to HaveExperience with SD-WAN, Linux server environments, or firewall configurationFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks and endpoint security platformsExperience supporting multi-site retail or distributed environmentsWhy Join Us?You'll be joining a growing retail business where your work has real, visible impact — from head office systems to the stores our customers walk into every day.
