About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Director to lead operational excellence across Community Health and Integrated Care. As Senior Director of Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of community-based healthcare services across a diverse portfolio that spans rehabilitation, aged care, nursing, allied health, dental, disability, integrated care, women's and children's services, and other community programs.
Reporting to the General Manager, Community Health and Integrated Care, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Division, driving service performance, workforce planning, quality improvement, and major transformation initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary leaders to deliver innovative, integrated models of care that improve outcomes for consumers and ensure services remain responsive, sustainable and aligned to organisational priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare delivery at a system level, leading complex projects, supporting health infrastructure planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability. You will bring proven experience in senior operational leadership, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to navigate change within a large and complex health environment.
