Casual Yardman / Maintenance Person – Belmont Sports and Recreation Club Inc.

The Belmont Sports and Recreation Club Inc (BSRC) is looking for a casual Yardsman/Maintenance Person. We are after someone practical and hands-on who can help us maintain the property.

Required 3 days a week (Mon, Weds & Fri), 10am - 3pm, 5 hours each day.

Located in Cloverdale, Perth, the BSRC is a family friendly, social Community hub in the heart of Belmont.

Role and Responsibilities

• General upkeep of the property, inside and out

• Garden duties & care

• Minor repairs and odd jobs as required

• Support with moving furniture, deliveries, and event setups

• Keep outdoor and public areas clean, safe, and presentable

• Assist Cleaner duties if required.

Who We’re Looking For

• A practical all-rounder with trade or handyman skills

• Someone who takes pride in their work and can work unsupervised

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors

• May suit a semi - retired person
