Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring the visual identity of Unison and Commonry to life across digital channels.

Working across website, eDM, social media and paid digital campaigns, you'll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content that is on-brand, visually compelling and delivered to a high standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two distinctive fashion brands, contributing to their digital presence and helping shape how they connect with their customers.

The Role

Develop creative concepts that bring the Unison and Commonry brands to lifeWork closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure consistency across all digital touchpointsPartner with Marketing and Digital teams to develop creative aligned to broader brand and marketing plansDesign campaign collateral for key brand moments, launches and promotional activitySupport ad-hoc video editing and digital content creationWork with photographers, stylists and creative partners to communicate each brand visuallyManage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within agreed timelinesCollaborate with stakeholders across the Group to ensure projects are delivered effectively and to briefOn-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

2-3 years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally within fashion, retail or a creative environmentTertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic DesignA strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and creative concept developmentAdvanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After EffectsExperience with Figma and strong digital design capabilitiesA strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual compositionThe ability to take a concept from initial idea through to finished creativeExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to detail and a high level of precisionA proactive approach with the ability to generate ideas and show initiativeStrong organisation, prioritisation and time management skillsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
