About the Role
We are currently seeking applications from people interested in Full Time cleaning Supervisor/ Team leader based at one of our high-profile contracts situated in the suburb of Sydney, New South Wales.
The Position:
Permanent full-time Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 6:00am - 6:00pm.
Oversee and train cleaning staff
Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks
Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards
Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
About You:
Experience in cleaning operations; commercial or industrial
Current Police Clearance no older than 6 months or willing to obtain
WWCC - Working with Children Card
Self-motivated, reliable and can demonstrate initiative on the job
Professional presentation, good communication and customer service skills
Own and maintain a smart phone (to access work apps)
