About the role
When people talk about the Flying Doctor, thoughts generally turn to red-bellied planes undertaking rescue missions in the Outback. However, the current Victorian story is one that reflects today's challenges for people living in remote and rural communities across the state. While we do still transport people by air and by road, this work is complemented by a range of primary health services that address the most common issues people living in country Victoria face when accessing health care.
As a Vehicle Logistics and Site Specialist, you will play a key hands-on role in transporting, setting up, and operating our Aeromedical Flight Simulator and other event assets at schools, community events, regional tours, and public activations.
This is a casual position, ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work, weekend events, and the chance to travel to regional Victorian communities. You will collaborate closely with our Events and Engagement team, presenters, volunteers, and community partners to create memorable, meaningful, and educational experiences that leave a lasting impact.
This role offers a unique blend of hands-on activity, public interaction, and logistical coordination within a supportive and purpose-driven environment.
