As our Sales Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting new client onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience from initial sale through to service commencement. If you are highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working with systems and processes, we'd love to hear from you.
The role is Monday through Friday with work times of 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm. Initially you will be required to work full time in the office but after training can move to 2 days working from home.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, Home & Community Services, the Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring all documentation, care plans, and system updates are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with Sales Consultants, Care Advisors, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
