Commercial Cleaner (Part-Time) – Multiple Positions Available

About the Role

National Clean Solutions is currently hiring multiple Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Based in Chullora, NSW 2190, this role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our commercial client sites.

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will help ensure our clients’ workplaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

Available Shifts

• Shift 1: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

• Shift 2: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Please mention which shift you are applying for in your application.

Applicants must be available to work all five days (Monday to Friday).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning and sanitising commercial spaces including offices, corridors, restrooms, and break rooms to the highest standards.

• Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques.

• Dusting desks, furniture, and other surfaces throughout assigned areas.

• Emptying and replacing waste and recycling bins.

• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to a streak-free finish.

• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting stock replenishment requirements.

• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

• Following company cleaning procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Completing cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.

• Completing daily checklists.

• Reporting maintenance issues or damage to management.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good physical fitness, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.

• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling practices.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

• Commitment to following company procedures and health and safety guidelines.

• A current Driver’s Licence is advantageous.
