Corporate Construction and Maintenance Services Pty Ltd (CCMS) is a family-owned business located in North Plympton. CCMS is a medium-sized business, the successful applicant will work independently and alongside a team of various trades.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic plumbers who are committed to joining our growing, close-knit team. Positions available for new home construction plumbers located all over the Adelaide area. 

The successful applicant will be subject to 6 months probation period.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will need to be fully licensed and agree to obtain a DCSI and SAPOL Clearance, as well as experience in a similar role.

• Proven track record in carpentry and general building

• Ability to work efficiently, maintaining a clean working environment

• Ability to work in a team environment and individually

• Attention to detail

• Customer focus and professional communication skills

• White card

• Current valid driver’s license

• Proven ability to undertake manual/physical work at heights

You Must

• Be diligent and professional in the pursuit of the job and project outcomes

• Have effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Display excellent organizational skills

• Be able to execute exceptional time management skills

• Have trade certificate, tertiary qualifications, or provide evidence of on job skills

• Have experience in Commercial and Domestic Building industries

• Display the ability to work to deadlines and strive to complete projects within the budgeted time or sooner with accuracy
