This role is available on a full-time or casual basis, and we're looking for dedicated, safety-focused fabricators who can demonstrate their valuable contributions and take real pride in their craftsmanship. We're a team that values hard work, flexibility, and exceptional attention to detail, and we hold ourselves to the same high standards we deliver for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks using MIG and TIG techniques
Working with light to heavy materials to produce high-quality results
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Ensuring all tasks meet strict safety and quality standards
Assisting with general workshop duties and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade certification in Fabrication preferred; required for qualified roles
Proficiency and competence in MIG/TIG welding (able to pass a basic weld test)
Experience working with metals such as aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and carbon steel
Able to work unsupervised and to a high standard
Strong skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Proactive, motivated, and safety-first work ethic
Additional Requirements:
Own hand tools and welding helmet
Current driver's license
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
Competitive pay package; well above award
