Medical Receptionist (Full Time)

With three Sovereign Radiology clinics located in the Ballarat region (Wendouree, Sebastopol and Lucas) our team is growing and an exciting opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team.

We’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to be the first point of contact for our clinics, providing exceptional service to patients and referrers alike. You’ll be a team player with excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. A professional attitude, outstanding phone manner, eagerness to learn, and a solid understanding of patient privacy are essential.
